- Stay top-of-mind when leads say they'll be ready to work with an agent after a certain time period.
- Send emails the next morning or afternoon if you're working late.
- Email contacts during times when they are most likely to open your email.
- Remind clients of important dates or deadlines.
Scheduling 1:1 Emails
1. Navigate to a Lead Profile
2. Select Send Email
3. Compose your message or use an Email Template
4. Click the Clock Icon next to send email
5. Choose a Pre-Selected Timeframe or pick a Custom Date and Time
6. Your email is scheduled! View the scheduled email at the top of the contact's timeline.
Scheduling Batch Emails
1. Go to the People tab
2. Filter to the desired list of contacts
3. Check the box next to Name > Select All
4. Select the Batch Email icon
5. Check the box to Include All Email Addresses (optional)
Note: This sends the email to all email addresses listed on the lead profile.
6. Choose who the Email is From (option for admin users)
7. Select the Email Template or Compose your email
8. Preview Email
9. Schedule Email
10. Choose a Pre-Selected Timeframe or pick a Custom Date and Time
11. A confirmation screen will appear for the scheduled batch email
12. To view the scheduled batch email, go to Reporting > Batch Emails
Canceling 1:1 Scheduled Emails
1. Navigate to the Lead Profile
2. View the scheduled
3. Select Cancel Send
4. Confirm the cancelation by selecting Yes, cancel send
