Why are my action plan emails failing to deliver?
We send out your Action Plan emails through our SendGrid account to help make sure you don't hit your daily email limit set by your email provider. Due to changes from Google and Yahoo, without an authenticated email provider, your recipient's email provider may not deliver marketing emails.
If you click on the name of the action plan on the lead's profile and it looks like the image below, your email host is most likely preventing us from successfully delivering your Action Plan emails.
How can I resolve this issue?
The solution for this issue is to authenticate your email by updating your DNS records. Follow the steps outlined in this article: Authenticate your Custom Domain to Improve Email Deliverability - Entri.
If you can't authenticate your email, we will try to send marketing emails via your connected email address, however, for the best email deliverability, we strongly recommend authenticating your custom domain.
