The Mojo integration syncs your Mojo contacts to Follow Up Boss (and vice versa). This is ideal for when you make contact with someone while prospecting Expireds and FSBOs in Mojo's dialer and want to transfer them to Follow Up Boss for further follow-up. All Mojo to Follow Up Boss syncing is automatic.

API Integration
Note: The API integration has to be done from the Account Owner level only.
1. Create a Follow Up Boss API Key by going to Admin > API
2. Select Create API Key
3. Name the API Key Mojo > Create API Key
4. Press Copy
5. Log In to Mojo
6. Click Menu/Initials in the bottom left-hand corner > Integrations
7. Click Follow Up Boss on the left-hand side > Select Connect with Follow Up Boss
8. Paste your FUB API Key > Set
9. Mange Agents (teams only)
10. Select Manage Agents
11. Select the Follow Up Boss Agent and paste the Agent API Key (created from their FUB account) > Set
Note: It is not sufficient to only have the account owner's API key connected.
12. Manage Stages (optional)
13. Edit How To Sync > Set
14. Manage Smart Lists (optional)
15. Select desired Smart Lists > Set
Note: The owner of the FUB/Mojo account must have agent-created smart lists shared with them in Follow Up Boss for the smart list to sync to Mojo.
Syncing Definitions
Sync Both Ways: Syncs contacts from Mojo to Follow Up Boss when they are put into the corresponding Stage inside of Mojo. Syncs all contacts under that Stage in Follow Up Boss into Mojo.
Sync from Mojo to FUB only: Syncs contacts from Mojo to Follow Up Boss when they are put into the corresponding Stage inside of Mojo.
Not sync: Choosing to not sync a stage will ignore that stage completely and all of the contacts assigned to it.
Not Contacted Only: You can select to only populate contacts that have not been contacted in Follow Up Boss. Contacted is a status inside Follow Up Boss Classic.
Clean Up
To re-sync deleted contacts in Mojo or to delete all Mojo contacts synced with Follow Up Boss you are able to click the Clean Up button under the Integrations > Follow Up Boss section of Mojo.

Viewing Stages and Smart Lists in Mojo
1. Go to the Mojo Dashboard
2. Select Data and Dialer on the left-hand side
3. Click Groups
4. Follow Up Boss Stages and Smart Lists will appear
- Blue = FUB Stages
- Purple = FUB Smart Lists
Note: Assigning a Mojo contact to a Stage group in Mojo will sync that contact over to Follow Up Boss. However leads cannot be manually assigned to a Smartlist group in Mojo, those leads only sync from FUB to Mojo. Whereas leads in a Stage group can sync both ways.
What syncs from Mojo to Follow Up Boss?
Contact Information
Changing the name, phone number, email, or address in Mojo will update the synced contact profile in Follow Up Boss.
Stage
If a contact's stage is changed in Mojo, and that stage is set to sync to Follow Up Boss, the stage change will sync to Follow Up Boss.
Notes
Any Note added in Mojo to a synced contact will transfer over to Follow Up Boss as a Note.
Calls
Any Call made in Mojo to a synced contact will transfer over to Follow Up Boss as a Call Log. The call length will appear on the lead profile timeline and the Mojo calls will count in the Follow Up Boss call reporting.

Contact Information
Changing the name, phone number, email, or address in Follow Up Boss will update the synced contact profile in Mojo.
Source
The source of the contact will only sync the first time the contact is added to Mojo. Any changes made after the initial sync will not be reflected in Mojo.
Stage
Any contact that is changed to a Follow Up Boss Stage that is set up to sync Both Ways in Mojo, will transfer over to Mojo.
How to add a Mojo contact to a FUB stage

Mojo is a great tool to call large lists of contacts. We recommend using the Follow Up Boss dialer for active, engaged contacts who are in communication with you. By using Mojo for contacts you are not in communication with, it protects your Follow Up Boss number's reputation.
Only the owner of the Mojo account can integrate with Follow Up Boss.
Smart lists have a contact limit of 2,000 when syncing to Mojo. If there are more than 2,000 contacts on a smart list, the list will not sync at all.
Stages don't have a limit in regards to how many contacts can be synced to Mojo. Due to this, stages are much easier to work with in Mojo and are recommended.
Calls, texts, emails, and tags do not sync to Mojo from Follow Up Boss.
If a new smart list is created, the owner of the account will need to navigate to the Integrations section of Mojo and Follow Up Boss and select Manage Smart Lists. Then select that smart list and set it to be synced. If the smart list is deleted in FUB it will need to be manually removed within Mojo by following the previously mentioned steps above except uncheck the box next to that smart list.
In Mojo there are different access types, if the login is set at Super User or Owner they will see all records and all smart lists/stages. If the login in Mojo is set at User, they will only see records that they are assigned/manager of in Mojo. The manager assignment for Smart Lists and stages is determined in the FUB integration set up in Mojo where the owner of the account will associate the FUB login and the Mojo login and enter their FUB API Key. For user access, they will still see all stages and smart lists but they will only see the records/contacts they are “manager of.”
We do not recommend using your Follow Up Boss phone number as the Caller ID number for your MOJO Power Dialer because people reporting your number as spam may result in your Follow Up Boss number being flagged as a spam risk.
Importing contacts into Follow Up Boss via a CSV file could cause duplicates if you create a duplicate contact in Mojo and sync to Follow Up Boss.
Updating the "Manager" field in Mojo will not update the Assigned Agent field in Follow Up Boss for existing leads.
When a new contact is added in Mojo and then added to a synced Follow Up Boss "Stage," the contact will automatically be added to Follow Up Boss via the lead flow page. If the "Manager" field in Mojo has the name of a Follow Up Boss user that has their Follow Up Boss API key in the Follow Up Boss Manage Agents section of Mojo the lead will be directly assigned to that user on the Follow Up Boss lead flow page. If an existing contact in Follow Up Boss is updated via the Mojo sync, the lead will simply be updated in FUB without passing through the lead flow page.
The source of leads that are synced to FUB is determined by the source name set within Mojo. By default, the source will be Mojo.

- While logged into Mojo, navigate to Settings by clicking welcome and the login name located towards the top right of the screen.
