Integrating Follow Up Boss with KrispCall helps sync important contact details, call logs, and interactions. It ensures that customer data is automatically updated and tracked in your CRM. How it Works
The integration between KrispCall and Follow Up Boss connects both platforms, enabling automatic syncing of key data like Call logs, SMS, voicemails, and notes while eliminating the need for manual entry.
- Call logs, SMS, voicemails, and notes are automatically synced between KrispCall and Follow Up Boss (all KrispCall communication is done with a KrispCall number).
- Data can flow both ways: from KrispCall to Follow Up Boss (e.g., new contacts, updates) and from Follow Up Boss to KrispCall (e.g., call logs, SMS, and notes).
- The integration automatically updates and syncs essential information without needing manual input from users.
- Users can enable one-way or two-way syncing for contacts between KrispCall and Follow Up Boss.
API Integration
Note: The owner of the account must complete the API integration.
1. Create a Follow Up Boss API Key by going to Admin > API
2. Select Create API Key
3. Name the API Key KrispCall > Create API Key
4. Press Copy
Note: Save the API Key for step 8.
5. Log In to KrispCall
6. Go to Settings > App Settings > Integrations
7. Navigate to All Integrations > FUB > Connect
8. Click Register your system to obtain your system details and key
9. Complete the form to Register your system
10. Add your FUB API Key from step 4 and the Registration Details to the KrispCall form > Submit
11. You will see a confirmation message that the CRM integration was successful, and Follow Up Boss will appear in the active integration tab.
