How TalkLuna works with Follow Up Boss

  1. A lead calls your dedicated TalkLuna phone number.
  2. Luna answers the call, qualifies the lead, and collects key details.
  3. TalkLuna automatically logs the conversation details into Follow Up Boss as a contact, note, or appointment, depending on your configuration.

This ensures your CRM stays up to date without requiring manual entry after each call.

Before you begin

  • You need an active TalkLuna account.
  • You need access to your Follow Up Boss integration key.
  • Ensure you have admin permissions in Follow Up Boss to complete the integration.

Set up the API integration

  1. Go to talkluna.com to begin the onboarding process.
  2. Complete the TalkLuna account setup.
  3. After signup, navigate to the Integrations page in your TalkLuna dashboard.
  4. Enter your Follow Up Boss integration key.
  5. Save your changes to complete the connection.

Once connected, TalkLuna will begin syncing call data directly into your Follow Up Boss account.

Troubleshooting

  • Calls are not appearing in Follow Up Boss: Confirm your integration key is entered correctly on the Integrations page.
  • Missing contact details: Review your TalkLuna qualification settings to ensure required fields are being collected.
  • Integration errors: Disconnect and reconnect the Follow Up Boss integration from the Integrations page.
