What does the integration offer?

Contact Syncing

With this integration, you can automatically sync your saved contacts in Follow Up Boss with JustCall. This ensures that when making or receiving calls or messages, the name of your contact is automatically shown, saving time and avoiding the need for manual input.

Contact Badge

When a call comes in, you will get a badge on the dialer. Clicking on the badge allows you to see the contact's profile page in Follow Up Boss. This feature provides you with full context about the caller and your previous conversations before picking up any call.

Click to Call and Text Icons

JustCall's Chrome extension provides you with Click to Call and Text icons beside the contact's phone number. This means that you can make Calls and SMS directly from Follow Up Boss without ever leaving the platform.

Call Logging

All your calls will be automatically logged as a Call activity, and you will get access to call details, recordings, analytics, and IQ data like call score, sentiment, and transcription link all within Follow Up Boss. This feature provides you with a comprehensive overview of your call history, allowing you to review and analyze your performance.

SMS Logging

JustCall logs all your inbound and outbound messages as a Text activity in Follow Up Boss. This feature provides all the necessary details like the date and time of the message, the associated phone numbers, and the content of the message for easy tracking and faster responses.

Logging of Appointments and Scheduled Calls

Whenever your customers book a meeting with you using your Appointment Scheduler link, JustCall will log this meeting as an appointment in your Follow Up Boss account against the associated contact. Additionally, any calls that you might schedule with your customers from the Scheduler or via Dialer using the follow-up call option will create a task against this customer in

Owner & Admins: How to integrate JustCall 

1. Create a Follow Up Boss API Key

1. Go to Admin > API

2. Select Create API Key 

3. Name the API Key JustCall

4. Create API Key

5. Press Copy 

2. Register your system for SMS integration  (optional if not using SMS)

If you use SMS as one of your communication channels and wish to see those messages logged inside your Follow Up Boss account, you will be required to register your system with Follow Up Boss.

1. Register your system with Follow Up Boss by entering details about your company and account with Follow Up Boss

2. Save the generated X-System Name and Key for further steps

3. Integrate using the API key and system details in JustCall

1. Login to your JustCall account

2. On the sidebar, click Integrations

3. Search for Follow Up Boss > Integrate

4. Enter the API Key and System Details (saved from steps 1 &2) in the text boxes > Integrate

Agents & Lenders: How to integrate JustCall

1. Login to your JustCall account

2. On the sidebar, click Integrations

3. Search for Follow Up Boss > Integrate

4. Select the Follow Up Boss Account used by your organization from the dropdown

5. In the email address field, enter your FUB Login Email > Integrate 

6. Your Follow Up Boss account is now connected with JustCall, and you can see the same in your Active Integrations.

7. Explore configuration options available with the integration using the Configure button, or start making calls directly from your Follow Up Boss account using the Click to Call icons provided by the JustCall Chrome Extension.
