The Tools app is a collection of over 25 free Tools for your Follow Up Boss CRM. Tools is designed to help you instantly prepare to call, text, or email your contacts so you can have trust-building conversations that lead to closed sales.

Enabling the Embedded App 

1. Go to Admin > Integrations 

2. Scroll down to Embedded Apps > Tools 

3. Scroll down > Enable

4. Navigate to a Lead Profile to view the embedded app on the lower right-hand side
