Activate the CallAction Embedded App to assign CallAction text drip campaigns and send text messages directly within Follow Up Boss.

How It Works

After installing the CallAction Embedded App and integrating via API, you will be able to: 

• Clicking Add Contact to instantly push and create your FUB contact in CallAction
• Select a text drip campaign to automatically follow up and nurture your leads
• View and Respond to text and calls directly from the embedded app or our Follow Up Boss Inbox App
• View notes from text messages and phone calls that are synced directly into FUB from CallAction

Step 1: Enabling the Embedded App

1. Go to Admin > Integrations 

2. Scroll down to Embedded Apps > CallAction 

3. Select Enable

4. Navigate to a Lead Profile and select Connect API Integration within the CallAction Embedded App 

5. Sign in to CallAction 

Step 2: Create a FUB API Key

Note: The owner of the account must complete the API integration.

1. Go to Admin > API

2. Select Create API Key 

3. Name the API Key CallAction > Create API Key

4. Press Copy as the API key will be used in step 3

Step 3: Connect API Integration 

1. Log In to CallAction

2. Click your Profile in the upper right-hand corner 

3. Select Integrations > Follow Up Boss

4. Paste the FUB API Key generated in step 2 > Save
