- My Agent Relationship Expired
- Description: You’re no longer the contact’s agent on Zillow.
- Expiration date: The date the relationship expired.
⭐️ If a Zillow-sourced My Agent relationship (MAR) has expired, and the agent is still maintaining bi-directional communication with the lead, Zillow will automatically re-activate the MAR, as long as the lead doesn't already have an active MAR in the same service area. The lead will have the option to continue with the same agent or connect with someone new.

View your Zillow connection and the My Agent Status on the lead profile.
People page
To view all your Zillow connections and their My Agent Status, filter by My Agent Status on the people page.
1. Go to All People > Columns > Select My Agent status.
2. View and Filter to the desired My Agent status
Note: The My Agent status can be filtered to Is Not Empty, Empty, Include/Exclude Active & Expiring Soon (in the next 30 days), Active & Expiring Later (31+ days), Expired or Declined.
FAQ
Can I send a My Agent invite from FUB?
The My Agent invite cannot be sent from FUB at this time. In future releases, Zillow will bring more of the My Agent functionality to FUB.
What counts as communication?
Communication is considered a text, email, or phone call lasting more than 2 minutes. The Agent can send a text or email, and re-engagement will occur if the lead replies within 48 hours. A text or email can be inbound from the lead, and re-engagement will occur if the Agent replies within 48 hours.
Will the My Agent Status, pending, appear in Follow Up Boss?
The pending My Agent Status will not appear in FUB at this time.
What is the difference between My Agent and the Zillow Pro version of My Agent?
My Agent gives Zillow Premier Agent partners insight into their Zillow lead's browsing activity while you remain front and center as they browse on Zillow, and those insights power their follow up tools in FUB. The connection has an expiration date, so agents need to keep communicating with buyers to keep the relationship active. With Zillow Pro, you do not need to be a Zillow Premier Agent partner to access this tool. My Agent expands the same benefit to your non-Zillow leads, with full ownership and no expiration date.
Where can I see the My Agent expiration date?
The My Agent expiration date can be seen on the lead profile and on the people page. On the lead profile, hover over the My Agent status within the details section on the left hand side. On the people page, filter to include My Agent Status. The expiration date is then visible directionally underneath the status label.
