To view the My Agent Status in FUB, enable the Zillow Two Way Integration.
Status Definitions
Active (Green)
- New Leads & Verified My Agent Relationship

Description:
- Continue to engage with the contact via SMS to keep this relationship active. By doing so you’ll continue to receive buyer insights.
- Contact confirmed you’re working together on Zillow. By doing so you’ll continue to receive buyer insights.
- Expiration date: Date the relationship expires
Declined (Grey)
- Declined My Agent Relationship
- Description: You’re no longer the contact’s agent on Zillow.
Expiring Soon (Yellow)
- Expiring Soon - My Relationship set to expire in 30 days
- Description: Reach out to contact via SMS, phone, or email to keep your relationship active for an additional 180 days for Preferred leads and an additional 30 days for MBP leads. By doing so, you’ll continue to receive buyer insights.
- Expiration date: Date the relationship expires
Expired (Red)
- My Agent Relationship Expired
- Description: You’re no longer the contact’s agent on Zillow.
- Expiration date: The date the relationship expired.
⭐️ If a Zillow-sourced My Agent relationship (MAR) has expired, and the agent is still maintaining bi-directional communication with the lead, Zillow will automatically re-activate the MAR, as long as the lead doesn't already have an active MAR in the same service area. The lead will have the option to continue with the same agent or connect with someone new.

Lead Profile
View your Zillow connection and the My Agent Status on the Lead Profile.
People Page
To view all your Zillow connections and their My Agent Status, filter by My Agent Status on the people page.
1. Go to All People > Columns > Select My Agent status.
2. View and Filter to the desired My Agent status
Note: The My Agent status can be filtered to Is Not Empty, Empty, Include/Exclude Active & Expiring Soon (in the next 30 days), Active & Expiring Later (31+ days), Expired or Declined.
