With Ruuster's embedded app, you can set up, edit, and manage saved searches, search the MLS, message your clients, and more right from a lead's profile in FUB!

API Integration

Note: The owner of the account must complete the API integration.

1. Create a Follow Up Boss API Key by going to Admin > API

2. Select Create API Key 

3. Name the API Key Ruuster > Create API Key

4. Press Copy 

5. Log In to your agency's Ruuster account on the desktop 

6. In the upper right-hand corner, click your Name > Account Settings 

7. Scroll down to CRM Integrations > Select Follow Up Boss

8. Paste the FUB API Key from step 4 > Submit. If the integration is successful, you will see the Connection established under the API Key.  

9. Navigate back to Follow Up Boss

10. Go to Admin > Integrations 

11. Scroll down to Embedded Apps > Ruuster 

12. Click Enable at the bottom of the page. Once enabled, you will see a green checkmark on the embedded app. 

13. Navigate to a lead profile to use the Ruuster embedded app!
