Voizee is a Business Texting & Calling platform designed to help real estate professionals streamline communication and engagement with clients.

How it Works

  • Integration Setup: Connect Voizee with Follow Up Boss through API or Zapier for seamless data syncing between platforms.
  • Mass SMS Campaigns: Send Mass SMS campaigns from Voizee, which then sync to Follow Up Boss, allowing users to track engagement in one place. A Voizee number is used to send mass SMS campaigns. 
  • 2-Way SMS Conversations: Use Voizee’s 2-Way SMS feature for real-time conversations with leads. All replies are synced back to Follow Up Boss for easy access to communication history. A Voizee number is used for 2-way SMS conversations. 
  • Multichannel Widget for Lead Capture: Capture leads via Voizee’s website widget (live chat, SMS, callback, chatbot). Interactions are automatically added to Follow Up Boss, creating or updating lead profiles for streamlined follow-up. Your FUB number can be displayed on the website widget for streamlined communication.

API Integration

The API integration allows Voizee and FUB to update lead information and track interactions in real time on both systems. 

Note: The owner of the account must complete the API integration.

1. Create a Follow Up Boss API Key by going to Admin > API

2. Select Create API Key 

3. Name the API Key Voizee > Create API Key

4. Press Copy 

5. Log in to Voizee

6. Go to Settings > Integrations 

7. Select Follow Up Boss > Paste the FUB API Key 

8. Configure the syncing options, choosing which data to transfer and sync. We recommend enabling real-time syncing for messages, contacts, and conversation logs.

9. Test the integration by sending a sample message from Voizee and verifying it appears in Follow Up Boss.

What happens if I miss a message on Voizee? 
Voizee offers a missed call text-back feature to ensure that missed messages receive automatic replies.
How do I track messages sent via mass SMS?
All messages sent through Voizee will sync to Follow Up Boss, with the API integration, where you can track delivery and responses in client profiles.
