With the Assign Smart List Collections power-up, you can easily share Smart Lists with your team. This feature helps improve consistency and streamline your team's workflow.
Note: This Power-Up is available on Pro and Platform plans.
How to Enable
The accounts admin users can enable this feature by going to their Intitials/Image in the upper right-hand corner > Power-Ups > turning on Assign Smart List Collections.

How to Assign Collections
The Owner, Admin, and ISA / Account Team Lead can assign and view all assigned collections. Only the creator of the shared collection can remove the shared collection.
1. Go to People > Manage in the lower left-hand corner
2. Select + Assign Collections
3. Select a Collection > Assign the collection with Everyone, Team(s) or Agent(s)
Note: Agents who are assigned will get access to this collection and all of its smart lists. When assigned, admins will get access automatically.
4. Save Assignments
5. The assignment will appear within the Assigned Collections section for the assigned users.
Note: Admin users have access to all assigned collections.
6. Assigned Collections will appear above Collections and Smart Lists when viewing the people sidebar.
