Wix.com provides a free service to create a website with lead capture forms. The website content and forms can be customized, and leads are directly sent to your Follow Up Boss account for follow-up.
⚠️ To be compliant with Business Registration, your website must have a contact form, opt-in language, and privacy policy. You must submit your primary website for business registration review. If you do not have one, use the article below to create a Wix site.
Creating a Wix site
1. Go to Wix.com.
2. Click get started.
3. Sign up with your preferred method.
4. Select for myself, my business, or a friend and continue.
5. Select set up without chat.
6. Type real estate in the prompt box and continue.
7. In the what do you want to call your site box, enter a name for your site and continue.
8. On the Add apps to your site to reach your goals page, only select collect info with WIX Forms by scrolling to the bottom of the list. Continue.
9. Wix will prepare your site dashboard.
10. Select Design Site in the upper right corner.
11. In the AI prompt, enter the following statement and click generate site.

12. The system will begin planning your site. This may take a couple of minutes.
13. Once the system has completed your site, remove any unwanted pages by selecting page: home in the upper left-hand corner > more actions > delete.
14. Select more actions on any of the existing pages to update the information on the page to reflect your business.
Privacy policy
1. To add the Privacy Policy, select +add page > choose a design on the left-hand side.
2. Select legal at the top of the page > privacy policy template > add page.
3. Add your privacy policy to this page.

Here is more information on how to create a privacy policy for your Wix site if you do not already have one. Additionally, there are services available online, like Termly, that can help generate a Privacy Policy for your business.
Contact form
1. Edit the contact form by selecting edit form at the top of the page.
2. Select and edit or delete the unwanted fields.
3. Add a checkbox to the bottom of the contact form.
4. Add the text below to the checkbox field.
I agree to be contacted by [Business Name] via call, email, and text for real estate services. To opt out, you can reply 'stop' at any time or reply 'help' for assistance. You can also click the unsubscribe link in the emails. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. [Link to Privacy Policy].
5. Link the text to your privacy policy and make it a required field.
Note: The privacy policy link can be updated after the site is published and a live URL is available.
6. Once all updates have been made, select Save in the upper right-hand corner. Once saved, click the X.
Finalizing your site
1. Select more actions on any of the existing pages to update the information on the page to reflect your business.
2. When ready, select publish in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Copy your site’s current domain/URL and publish.
4. Your website is live! 🎉
If you created your website for Business Registration campaign approval, update the Business Registration form with the new website URL by going to Admin > Business Registration.
Note: If you are unable to resubmit your Business Registration, email support@followupboss.com with your new website URL. We'll help submit your new site for approval! You must submit your primary site for Twilio approval. Creating a secondary site is not permitted and will not be resubmitted if other sites exist.
