Quick actions provide agents the ability to add a person, schedule an appointment, add a task, or make a call quickly to enhance productivity and efficiency.
How to find Quick Actions
1. Log in to the Follow Up Boss app
2. Navigate to Inbox, Activity, Calendar, People, or Deals
3. Click the Blue + Symbol in the lower right-hand corner
4. Select the desired Action
Send Text
1. Select or Search the contact
2. Remove any unwanted numbers > Start
3. Compose the message and Send
Make a Call
1. Enter the number on the Dial Pad
2. Press the Green Phone Icon to begin the call
Add Person
1. Add the Lead Name
2. You will be directed to the Lead Profile to add additional information
Schedule Appointment
1. Add Appointment Details > Save
2. The appointment will automatically appear on the Calendar and on the Lead Profile (on the calendar tab)
Add a task
1. Add Task Details > Save
2. The task will automatically appear on the Calendar and on the Lead Profile (on the calendar tab)
