Emails can be deleted from lead profiles by admin users. When an email is deleted from Follow Up Boss, there will be no trace of the email within the system. However, the email will still be available in the connected email account.
How to Delete Emails
Deleting someone else's message
1. Go to the Lead Profile
2. Locate the Email on the timeline
3. Click the three horizontal dots in the upper right-hand corner of the email > Delete
4. Select Yes, Delete Email
Admin deleting their own message
1. Go to the Lead Profile
2. Locate the Email on the timeline
3. Click the three horizontal dots in the upper right-hand corner of the email
4. Check the box to Trash the Email in your connected email (optional)
Note: This is only available if your email is connected to Follow Up Boss.
5. Select Yes, Delete Email
