If you experience an issue on the Android app we have built in a "Report a Bug" feature that will quickly give our product team and developers information about the bug and your Android so we can fix it for you. 

 

How to Report a Bug

1. Open the Android App

2. Click your Initials/Image in the upper left-hand corner

3. Select Report a Bug

4. Click in the Write a Message box to explain the bug in detail

5. Attach images or a screen recording of the issue by clicking the paperclip icon (optional). 

6. Tap the Send Icon in the lower right-hand corner of the message box. You will receive a notification that your message has been sent.

7. The Follow Up Boss Support team will reach out to you promptly to address the issue.
