RealSynch pulls information from multiple sources within the Follow Up Boss, such as the Appointment Feature, Deal Pipeline, and Lead Information, to provide the best insights possible from the information provided. RealSynch also allow customization of the integration to ensure they are pulling the right data based on how Follow Up Boss is used.
Connect your Apps on the Realsynch Dashboard
1. Click App Connections on the left-hand side
2. Select Add New App to connect an app to the dashboard
3. Choose the Follow Up Boss App, then click Proceed
4. Verify your account by following the instructions shown to retrieve your API key
5. Once the information has been added, click Connect
6. Your App has been connected!
7. Next, the Realsynch BI needs to be connected. Select Add New App
8. Select Realsynch BI, then click Proceed
9. Click Connect
Please Note: the Realsynch BI App does not require any setup! Just click Connect and you’re ready to connect via integration.
10. The Realsynch BI has now been connected!
Creating your Integrations
1. There are two ways to begin creating your integrations:
a. Select the Integrations option on the left-hand menu
b. Create Integration button in the upper right
2. Select Source and choose your Source System
3. Click Proceed
4. Next, select your Source Triggers (all options are enabled by default) and click Save
5. Once saved, you will move to the Target side of the integration
6. Select Realsynch BI as your target and click Proceed
7. Next, select the a\Actions you would like performed for each Trigger that was selected on the source side (all options are enabled by default). Click Save.
8. The next option will allow you to exclude certain Follow Up Boss roles from supplying information to the BI dashboard. No selection is necessary, but available if needed. Click Save.
9. Name the integration and click Save
10. Lastly, select your Mapping method for each metric
11. Click Proceed once you have chosen your selected mapping method
12. Complete the mapping process and click Done
13. Once each metric has been mapped, Click Done to publish your integration
Note: all options must be mapped to proceed and publish the integration
14. Your Integration is now Active and ready to use!
You can find your integration on your dashboard, and the integration can be updated at any time using the Settings Option by clicking the Ellipsis > Edit.
