Follow Up Boss account owners can now personalize their Follow Up Boss subdomain on the Company Settings page to brand it with their name or company’s info.
How it works
Please note: Changing your subdomain will require you and your team to log back in and re-enable browser notification permissions for Follow Up Boss (please see steps in the video above). You’ll also want to re-bookmark any Follow Up Boss links that contained your previous subdomain and check with any integrations that used links with your previous subdomain.
What is a subdomain?
Your Follow Up Boss subdomain is the website address that you and your team visit to access your Follow Up Boss CRM. It’s the address that you see at the top of your CRM here and it’s different for every account:
Will changing the subdomain affect API keys or integrations?
API keys are not affected when you change your subdomain. You should check on any integrations that use a hyperlink to jump back to Follow Up Boss because changing the subdomain will change your hyperlinks.
