To increase lead activity and engagement, include hyperlinks in your 1:1, action plan, and batch emails. Follow Up Boss reports when a lead clicks a link so you know who to engage with and when.
How Hyperlinks Work
A hyperlink is a link to another website or file, activated by clicking on a highlighted word or image in the email body/signature. When a hyperlink is clicked, Follow Up Boss reports the click to further engage with the lead. Here is more information: Open and Click Tracking for Emails.
How to Hyperlink Text
1. Compose the Email Template/Signature
2. Highlight the text you want to be hyperlinked
3. Click Add Link (chain icon)
4. Paste the link > Insert Link
5. Complete your email template and press Save
How to Hyperlink an Image
1. Go to Admin > Email Templates > Add Template
2. Click Insert Image (mountains and sun icon) > Select the File > Open
3. Select the Image in the email by highlighting the image with your cursor > click Add Link (chain icon)
4. Paste the Link > Insert Link
5. Complete your email template and press Save
