By default, your Team Inbox will route calls to your team 24 hours a day. If you want to limit the times calls route to your team, you can add office hours. Outside of your office hours, you can choose to forward calls to voicemail or a separate number. Talk about control of your time!
How to Set Up Office Hours
1. Go to Admin > Company
2. Select your office hours.
You can even designate special hours for weekends if you prefer.
3. Save your changes.
Once your office hours are set, you'll see the option to create rules inside of your Team Inbox.
