By default, your Team Inbox will route calls to your team 24 hours a day. If you want to limit the times calls route to your team, you can add office hours. Outside of your office hours, you can choose to forward calls to voicemail or a separate number. Talk about control of your time!
How to Set Up Office Hours
1. Go to Admin > Company
2. Scroll down to Office Hours
3. Click + Add Office Hours
4. Select the Day of the Week, Starting and Ending Time
5. Repeat Step 4 until each day of the week with office hours has been added
6. Select Save
7. Once your office hours are set, you'll see the option to create calling rules inside your Team Inbox!
