By default, your Team Inbox will route calls to your team 24 hours a day. If you want to limit the times calls route to your team, you can add office hours. Outside of your office hours, you can choose to forward calls to voicemail or a separate number. Talk about control of your time!
How to Set Up Office Hours
- Go to Admin > Company
- Scroll down to Office Hours
- Click + Add Office Hours
- Select the Day of the Week, Starting and Ending Time
- Repeat Step 4 until each day of the week with office hours has been added
- Select Save
- Once your office hours are set, you'll see the option to create calling rules inside your Team Inbox!
