Setup Lead Flow to Pond
1) Go to Admin > Lead Flow
2) Find the Source you want to send directly to a Pond, ie Zillow Rentals. In the Agent dropdown, choose the Pond.
Pond Notifications
Pond Lead Agent Notifications: The Pond Lead gets all notifications as if they were the assigned agent for all the leads in the Pond. The Pond Lead acts as the pseudo agent for the entire pond for all messaging and notifications. You can see and change the Pond Lead from Admin > Ponds.
Team Member Pond Notifications:
New Leads: Pond members will receive notifications when a new lead enters a Pond directly from lead flow via email and push (on the mobile app).
Existing Leads: By default, Team members will not be notified of any activity by exiting leads in the Pond. Admins can set Team Notifications by clicking on their profile picture and clicking on the Power-Ups.
- Notifications when any lead is added to a pond: When enabled all agents in the Pond will be notified when any lead is added to any Pond. This includes new leads and older leads that are put in the Pond. Notifications are sent via email and push (on the mobile app).
- Notifications for new inquiries: When enabled all agents in the Pond will be notified of any new property inquiries made by leads in the Pond. Notifications are sent via email.
