Why is my old signature showing?
If you notice that an older version of your signature is appearing for some contacts, then chances are, you have a draft saved with the previous email signature attached. To fix this, please go to your Inbox > Go to Draft > Delete the draft emails there.

The correct email signature format can help you make a great first impression, make communication seamless and even help drive traffic to your website. The right information must be available quickly. Here are some things to keep in mind when building your signature:
- Include your full name
- Include your phone number (ideally your Follow Up Boss number) and email address so it's easy to get in touch.
- Include your website address
- Remember, many people will be viewing your signature on their mobile phones. So avoid lengthy signatures and too many images.
Signatures may cause email delivery issues, and it is important to remove problematic elements. We have identified some signature content responsible for emails delivery issues.
- Large and or multiple images
- Multiple links
- Include your website address
- Spammy language
- The simpler the signature is, the more likely the email will be delivered. A good practice is to add an HTML signature directly into Follow Up Boss. This will increase the delivery rate drastically.
The format of your signature when sending an email through the Follow Up Boss mobile app may look formatted slightly differently due to the size of the mobile screen. However, the signature will display correctly once the email is sent.
