If you're moving from LionDesk to Follow Up Boss, you can export a copy of your contacts and contact notes from LionDesk and import them into Follow Up Boss. Follow the steps below to get started! 

How to Export 

1. Log In to LionDesk

2. Click your Image in the upper right-hand corner > Profile

 3. On the left-hand side, click Export LionDesk Contacts  

3. Start at record 0 and select Stream to browser > Export 

4. The file will automatically download to your browser

5. Next, download the contact notes by selecting Export LionDesk Contact Notes

6. Start at record 0 > Export 

7. The file will automatically download to your browser. 

Import the files to FUB

Now that you have your contacts and contact notes downloaded, you are ready to import! Follow our step-by-step instructions on how to import your LionDesk files.
