Follow Up Boss will keep you organized and in front of your best opportunities and past clients so you can close more deals to grow your business.

1. Accept your invitation
The email you’re looking for will have “___ invites you to join them on Follow Up Boss” as the subject line. Use the button in that email to create your password.
2. Connect your email
Why? So we can automatically sync emails you send to or get from your contacts, whether those emails started in Follow Up Boss or your regular email inbox! This will power your Follow Up Boss with all the details you need and will help you find contacts you need to get in touch with!
- Go to the My Settings on the computer.
- Click Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google
- Follow the prompts of your email provider to sign in

3. Download the app
We know you spend as much or more time in the car as you do in the office, so be sure to get the Follow Up Boss app on your phone! Also, allow notifications so you won’t miss a beat.
4. Choose settings and get notified of important events
- Go to My Settings on the computer to set up your Email Signature, etc.
- Enable Your Notifications Here. We recommend enabling all notification types so you never miss a new lead alert or text reply from your contacts. More here: Overview of All Notifications
5. Add and organize your contacts
- Import your current contacts via CSV or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your file(s) and we can import your contacts for you! (You can include past clients, current leads and anyone you might do business with)
- Do you pay for leads? Connect your lead sources to Follow Up Boss! This looks a little different for different lead sources, so search your lead source by name (ie Listings to Leads, or Zillow).
- Organize everyone by the correct stage so you know who is who in your database (ie a new lead vs. a past client)
6. Start more conversations with people (follow-up w/ Follow Up Boss!)
- Use Smart Lists to find the people you need to follow up with and when
