Set up Follow Up Boss

1. Sync your new leads.
   • Connect your email to sync emails with your contacts.
   • Enable inbox lead processing to automatically add new leads received by email from supported lead sources.
   • Link your Zillow® Profile and connect your other lead providers to Follow Up Boss.
2. Add and organize your existing contacts.
   • Import your contacts into Follow Up Boss. You can also send your CSV file to your Follow Up Boss success manager for assistance.
   • Organize your contacts by stage to support Smart Lists and help you prioritize the right contacts.
3. Set up Follow Up Boss on your mobile device.
   • Download the Follow Up Boss app for iOS or Android.
   • Review the available mobile training to learn how to use Follow Up Boss on your device.
4. Complete on-demand training.
   • Learn the basics with the 20-minute Follow Up Boss Bootcamp.
   • Learn how to improve productivity with Smart Lists.
   • Review the calling and texting training.
   • Learn how Action Plans and automations work.
   • Complete Agent Kickstart if you’re an agent.
