Email Parsing Integration

Leads will flow into Follow Up Boss automatically via your Connected Email. Ensure Lead Processing is enabled for FUB to monitor your email inbox for new lead notifications and add them to Follow Up Boss automatically.

Alternative Setup

Have the provider send lead notification emails to your @followupboss.me Lead Email Address. 

Note: Auto Forwarding Rules can be created in Gmail to automatically forward new lead notifications to your Follow Up Boss lead routing email address if the lead source doesn't have the option to add an additional email for lead notifications. 

How it Works

When a Zillow Rental notification email is parsed, FUB will capture the lead name and the generated relay email. The lead phone number will not added to FUB as it is not included in the notification email.

The expectation is that the agent reaches out to the lead by logging into Rental Manager and following up there or following up via email.
