Too many simultaneous connections
Gmail only allows 15 simultaneous connections, which includes things like your email clients (phone, desktop, tablet are all one each), and other apps that have requested access to your Gmail account. If you reach this limit we won't be able to connect to your email account until you remove other clients or apps.
To fix this problem, disconnect some of your unnecessary email clients, or remove some apps that have access to your Gmail account.
- Visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions to see which apps may have access to your Gmail account.
- Check your Gmail account's recent activity for multiple signed-in sessions by clicking Details in the bottom right-hand side of your Gmail Inbox. Sign out of all sessions.
Language
Please check your Google language preference here. The language should be set to "English (US)".
If you are using another language Follow Up Boss will not be able to connect to your inbox. Multiple language support will be added in the future.
