We highly recommend using a Google or Microsoft email for the best experience with Follow Up Boss and for the full benefits of connecting your email.
How to Connect Your Google Email
1. Click your initials or photo icon at the top-right of FUB, and choose My Settings.
2. Click on Sign in with Google
3. Choose the account you want to log in with or click Use Another Account and then log in.
4. You will see a Google requesting access to your Mail and Calendar. Select all and the confirm access by clicking on the Allow button.
*Note: Both Mail and Calendar are required in order to connect your email
5. You will then be taken back to Follow Up Boss's Settings Page and see it's connected.
How to Connect Your Microsoft 365 Email
1. Click your initials or photo icon at the top-right of FUB, and choose My Settings.
2. Click on Sign in with Microsoft.
3. Pick an account to sign in with, or click Other Account to sign in:
4. Accept the permissions that appear after choosing the account/logging in.
5. You will then be taken back to Follow Up Boss's Settings Page and see it's connected.
