Occasionally, numbers may be intentionally or unintentionally released when a user is removed or a number is modified. The Number Parking Lot offers visibility into upcoming and recently released numbers, allowing you to monitor the number release process and make any necessary corrections.
⭐️ Tip: Learn more about the Phone Numbers page by reviewing how to Manage Phone Numbers in FUB.

The number will remain in your FUB account inactive and will not be automatically released.
Move Number
Move the number to a user or inbox to activate the number.
Release Number
The Release Number option is only available if the number was previously kept. When selected, the number will be set to release in 20 days.
What happens to calls & texts to numbers in the parking lot?
Once a number is transferred to the parking lot, it becomes inactive, meaning that calls and texts sent to the number will no longer be received.
Tip: If you are switching your FUB number or removing an agent, we recommend assigning the old number to a Team Inbox during the transition. This helps ensure communication to the old number is received.
