After your Zillow connection call ends, you will be directed to FUB with one click. Within FUB, you can review the connection call recording, transcript, and call summary, helping you take immediate action and stay organized.

How It Works
Note: To receive this feature, the Zillow Two Way Integration must be enabled on your account.
1. Receive a Zillow connection call as usual.
2. After the call ends, you are automatically directed to navigate to Follow Up Boss with one click.
3. Take action immediately - no interruptions in your workflow: you can follow up and manage your lead within FUB.
Connection Call Recording & Transcript
When viewing the lead profile in FUB, agents can listen to the connection call recording, view the transcript, and get a quick call overview with the Call Summary.
Account owners can also access Zillow call recordings and transcripts from the Call report, by clicking on the “Reporting” tab on Follow Up Boss desktop, then clicking on “Calls” and selecting “call logs” on the top left corner field “Show Me”. The call recordings and transcripts will be in the “Actions” column on the far right.
