How it works 

  1. A lead calls your dedicated Vocaly number, or Vocaly calls a prospect.
  2. Vocaly AI speaks with the person, qualifies the lead, and collects key details.
  3. All gathered information is logged automatically into FUB—either as a note, contact, or appointment, depending on your workflow preferences.


📱Phone number: Vocaly provides a dedicated number, and calls are logged just like how you would maintain for your internal sales agent or receptionist. Vocaly does not use your FUB number. 
 

How to integrate 

Reach out to the Vocaly Team to start your trial and complete the onboarding process. Once onboarding has been completed, the Vocaly team will set up the integration with FUB within 24 to 48 hours.

Will Vocaly replace my human ISA?
Vocaly complements your team by ensuring no lead is missed, especially after hours or vacations. You can choose to forward all calls to Vocaly during your regular hours as well.
Does Vocaly have access to my FUB contacts?
Yes. Vocaly reads FUB contacts to determine if the calling client is existing or new.
Can I customize how leads are qualified and greeted?
Yes. During the onboarding process, the Vocaly team will work with you to develop custom scripts tailored to your business.
