Smart Summary is an AI-powered feature designed to help your team work smarter, not harder. Smart Summary provides a high-level recap of a lead’s history, eliminating the need to sift through past calls, texts, and notes manually.

Note: This feature is in beta and will be released to all FUB accounts soon. 

How it Works

Smart Summaries are generated based on the data on the lead profile, which includes texts, calls, emails, Inbox App messages, notes, activity, and audit logs, so the features provide relevant and up-to-date information and recommendations.

The Smart Summary can be viewed directly on the lead profile above the timeline. The Activity Summary summarizes key details of a client’s journey, and the Suggested Tasks are based on the summary.

Note: Summaries are available for leads with activity in the last 90 days.

To minimize Smart Summary, click the arrow in the upper right-hand corner. 

Smart Summary on the FUB App 

To view the Smart Summary on the FUB Android and iPhone app, navigate to the lead profile and select Info > Smart Summary. Click on the Smart Summary section to view the lead's activity summary.
