The Paperless Pipeline embedded app allows you and your team to view important Paperless Pipeline transaction information on Follow Up Boss contacts that are related to that transaction, along with a direct link to view the full transaction in Pipeline.
How it Works
After connecting to Paperless Pipeline, you and your team will have the ability to link Follow Up Boss contacts to their Paperless Pipeline transactions, allowing them to see those contacts' related Pipeline transaction info in Follow Up Boss.
Transaction information displayed:
- General transaction information
- Important transaction dates
- Price and commission information
- A list of recent docs
- A link to view the transaction directly in Pipeline
How to Enable
Only the owner and admin users can enable the Paperless Pipeline embedded app. Once it is enabled, any user in the account can connect any of their contacts to their Pipeline transactions.
1. Go to Admin > Integrations
2. Scroll down to Embedded Apps
3. Select Paperless Pipeline > Enable
Using the Embedded App
1. Navigate to a Lead Profile
2. Click Connect to Paperless Pipeline
3. Select Link to a transaction
4. Search for a Transaction Name or Property Address
5. Check the box next to the transaction you would like to link
6. Click Link Transaction(s) to save and confirm the link between the lead and transaction
