PA Agents using the Zillow Two Way Integration can transfer customers to ZHL directly from their Follow Up Boss interface with the embedded app. This eliminates having to toggle between the FUB CRM and the PA App.
⭐️ Enroll in the Zillow Academy course "Leveraging Zillow Home Loans Technology to Streamline the Financing Process" to learn more about the financing status in FUB. Once enrolled, navigate to the section "Keep on Top of Clients' Financing Status" and expand the section "Financing Status in Follow Up Boss."
How it Works
An Account Owner or Account Admin can enable the embedded app by going to Admin > Integrations > Zillow Home Loans.
Once the app has been enabled on the account, each FUB team member can access the embedded app by navigating to a lead profile and logging into their Zillow PA Account.
The ZHL embedded app interface will mirror the PA App Transfer experience, which agents are familiar with.
Transferring to ZHL
To transfer a lead to ZHL, agents will take the following steps:
- Fill out Beth’s contact information and transfer notes.
- Choose to Submit the lead to ZHL.
After the lead is submitted, agents will see a confirmation status and be able to return to the interface to track Beth’s status updates as she progresses through the ZHL funnel.
