Making and answering calls on the desktop is simple and designed to optimize your productivity. All calls made and answered through Follow Up Boss are automatically tracked, logged, and recorded within the system. Additionally, call notes can be made during your call so you don't miss a beat.
Note: All FUB accounts include a basic version of FUB Phone, which includes a Company Number for inbound calls and two-way texting. The full version of FUB Phone includes FUB Calling, which gives each agent their own FUB phone number that they can use for inbound and outbound calling, in addition to texting. FUB Calling is an add-on for Grow plans and is included in Pro and Platform plans.
