Group texting on the iPhone app makes communication on the go seamless. Install the Follow Up Boss iPhone app and enable notifications to get started! 

Creating a Group Text 

Navigate to the desired Contact > select Text All above the contacts numbers or tap the purple Chat Bubble icon to the right of the desired number.

Note: More participants can be added once the text screen loads.

Add Contacts to an Existing 1:1 Text

Additional contacts can be added to conversations by selecting the blue + Sign in the To Field. Contacts can be searched or numbers can be entered.  

Note: This will create a new conversation or load an existing conversation with all of the new participants. Notice the background goes blank below because this is a group text that doesn't exist. If a group text existed with these participants the conversation history would show.

Remove Contacts From an Existing Group Text

Contacts can be removed by Tapping their Name at the top of the screen > Remove Contact.

Replying to a Group Text

Inbox 

Go to Inbox > Select the desired Text > Respond to the message > click the Blue Upward Arrow to send the text.

Contact Profile

Go to the Contact Profile > Comms > Select the desired Text > Respond to the message > click the Blue Upward Arrow to send the text.

Notifications

Tap the Push Notification > Respond to the message > click the Blue Upward Arrow to send the text.

Note: iPhone Push Notifications need to be enabled for this feature.
