Things to Know
- Follow Up Boss doesn't charge you to port away numbers.
- The timeline for porting numbers away from FUB is determined by the gaining carrier.
- The owner of the account will need to provide permission for each number to be ported away. They can do this by sending an email to support@followupboss.com with written permission and the number(s) approved to be ported away. If FUB doesn't have permission to port away a number, the request will be rejected.
- Your FUB account with the number you want to port away will need to stay active until the port away process is complete.
