Follow Up Boss Pixel

AgentFire provides top-rated, brand-focused real estate websites that enhance your business operations. The integration with Follow Up Boss (FUB) allows users to send leads directly from their AgentFire site to FUB, streamlining lead management.

 

What information is sent to FUB? 

When a form is submitted on an AgentFire website, the information is automatically sent to Follow Up Boss with the following information. 

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Lead source (AgentFire website) 
  • Message or inquiry details
  • Property or page they were viewing (when available)
  • Submission date and time

Note: Information does not sync from FUB to AgentFire automatically. To send a contact from FUB to AgentFire, select “Import Contact” from the embedded app within FUB.  

 

API integration

1. Sign In to Follow Up Boss

2. Go to Admin > API > Create API Key > Name API Key > Copy API Key > Done

3. Sign in to your site and go to the AgentFire Menu > Lead Manager > Connect a CRM

Note: If you don't see this option, please send an email to support@agentfire.com and request the CRM module activation)

4. Click Add > Select Follow Up Boss > Enter the FUB API key > Update

Note: AgentFire will email you an AgentFire API key once you have connected FUB within AgentFire. This will be used in step 8.

5. Navigate back to Follow Up Boss > Admin > Integrations

6. Scroll down to Embedded Apps > click AgentFire

7. Select Enable

8. Next, navigate to a Lead Profile > Open the AgentFire Embedded App > Paste the AgentFire-created API key > Activate.
