Microsoft 365, GSuite, and Gmail Users

Leads will flow into Follow Up Boss automatically. Ensure you have enabled Lead Processing. The Request Type (Buyer or Seller) will be added as a tag on the new leads automatically. This tag can be used for Lead Flow Rules. 

Alternative Setup

Have the provider send lead notification emails to your @followupboss.me lead email address. 

Note: You can create an auto-forwarding rule/filter that auto-forwards your "new lead" email alerts to your Follow Up Boss lead routing email address to automate this process. For step-by-step instructions, check out Creating Auto Forwarding Rules in Gmail.
