Smart list counts are an easy way to see how many people match the conditions for a given smart list. The number of people matching your smart list can be quickly referenced instead of going into each individual smart lists to check.

Where can this be referenced?

These counts can be useful when working lists that will filter out leads once they are actioned. This will allow you to see, at a glance, if there are leads to work in your various smart lists.

Smart List Count Updates

• All counts are updated every 10 minutes when actively on the People page
• All counts are updated when landing on People page
• A specific smart list count will be updated immediately when it is clicked directly
• A newly created smart list will have its count updated immediately
• Saving an existing smart list with different conditions will update the count immediately.
