Exporting and importing contacts is a quick process that takes a couple of minutes. Follow the steps below to export contacts from Top Producer and import them into Follow Up Boss. 

Export

First, export your contacts from Top Producer. The Top Producer team provides detailed steps on how to export your contacts HERE. 

Note: The recommended export options in Top Producer are CSV format and Contact record and all associated items

Import

After exporting your contacts from Top Producer, import the file to Follow Up Boss. Here are step-by-step instructions.  

Note: Top Producer typically exports multiple phone numbers to one column. If they are separated by a | (pipe) character or a new line then Follow Up Boss will be able to import them as individual phone numbers.
