There are times when you need to assign action plans manually, whether it's because the lead was earlier than the action plan was created or a unique contact. Action plans are simple to apply manually to a contact!
Assigning Action Plans to Existing Contacts
1. Open the Lead Profile
2. Navigate to Action Plans on the right-hand side > Click the blue + icon
2. Select the desired Action Plan > Activate Plan

Can you apply an action plan multiple times to the same contact?
Yes, you can! Action plans can be applied to a contact multiple times.
Note: The maximum amount of action plan emails that can be sent to a contact in a day is 4.
How do I automatically apply action plans to new contacts from my lead sources?
Admin users will go to Admin > Lead Flow and apply the desired action plan to each lead flow source. For more information, check out these steps.
How can I stop an Action Plan that is running?
From a contact's profile, navigate to the action plans tile on the right side of the screen > Running > Pause.
Please note, that action plans cannot be deleted from a contact's profile. The only way to stop a specific Action Plan from running on all leads is the delete the Action Plan.
Can I mass apply an Action Plan?
Action Plans can not be mass applied. You can send an email to multiple contacts at once using a batch email.
