Action Plans can be shared with your team or publicly in the Follow Up Boss Action Plan Library. The library contains hundreds of action plans from various teams. Sharing action plans publicly is especially beneficial for users with multiple accounts or users serving multiple city/state areas.
Note: The action plan sharing function is only available for admin users.
Share Action Plans With Your Team
1. Go to Admin > Action Plans
2. Search for the desired action plan or click the corresponding Folder
3. Click Edit on the right hand side of the screen
4. Click the Share with everyone checkbox.
Other users on your team will be able to find your shared Action Plans by navigating to Admin > Action Plans > All Action Plans.
Sharing Action Plans Publicly
1. Go to Admin > Action Plans
2. Search for the desired action plan or click the corresponding Folder
3. Click Share on the right-hand side of the screen
4. Choose a Category > Save
Other Follow Up Boss users will be able to find your Action Plan in the Action Plan Library.
