How to Log In
1. Go to followupboss.com
2. Select Log In in the upper right-hand corner
Username & Password
1. Enter your Follow Up Boss login email and password
2. Login
Sign in with Google or Microsoft
Note: If the Enforce Google/Microsoft Sign-in Power-Up is enabled, all users (except lenders) will be required to use Google/Microsoft sign-in and not allowed to log in with username/password.
1. Select Sign in with Google or Microsoft
2. Sign in with your Email Account
Location Verification
Location verification is required for all FUB accounts to protect customer data. This means that there will always be some type of 2-factor authentication (2FA) when logging into FUB from a new location and browser.
1. When logging in, you will be notified that you are logging in from a new location.
2. Open the New Follow Up Boss Login Attempt email > Click here to log in to Follow Up Boss
Note: The link within the email must be clicked from the device on which you are trying to log in.
3. You will be brought to the page below > Click here to continue using Follow Up Boss
Note: This link can only be used once.
4. You will be logged into your FUB account!
Changing your Password
1. Go to followupboss.com
2. Select Forgot password?
3. Enter your Follow Up Boss Login Email Address > Send Instructions
4. Click on the Password Reset Link sent to the email address provided
5. Enter a New Password > Confirm New Password > Reset My Password
6. You will be automatically logged in to your FUB account with your new password.
