Users of Follow Up Boss have the option to delete their user account at any given time. Deleting a user account is a permanent action that cannot be undone.

Account Owner

As the account owner, you can cancel your entire Follow Up Boss account. For step-by-step instructions, check out Cancel Your Account.

Admin, Agent, or Lender

When deleting a user account, the account will be immediately deleted and the leads will be reassigned to the account owner.

1. Go to your Initials/Image in the upper right-hand corner > My Settings

2. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete my team member account
