How it Works
With MeetRecord integrated into Follow Up Boss, users can:
- Automate CRM data entry based on real-call content
- Auto-fill fields such as call summaries, deal notes, and follow-up actions
- Gain real-time visibility into deal health and rep performance
- Identify sales coaching moments directly from conversation analysis
- Improve pipeline accuracy and forecast confidence
How to Integrate
To successfully integrate, you must have Admin permissions in Follow Up Boss and MeetRecord.
1. Log In to MeetRecord
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
3. Follow Up Boss > Connect
4. A new page will open, Log In to Follow Up Boss > Accept
5. You will be redirected to the MeetRecord Integration page, and Follow Up Boss will appear as Connected.
Note: Before the meeting, ensure that the lead's contact details are present in Follow Up Boss. If MeetRecord cannot find a matching email for participants in Follow Up Boss, meeting-to-deal mapping will not occur.
