Enabling the Embedded App 

1. Go to Admin > Integrations 

2. Scroll down to Embedded Apps > Leadngage

Features

  • 📝 Leadngage FUB Integration: Receive and reply to social media messages through supported channels.
    • Currently compatible with Facebook Business Page Messenger and Instagram business messages.
  • 💬 Drip & 2-Way Texting: Use a marketing number for drip texting within action plans. This number also connects to your missed call text backs, web chat, and other SMS options.
  • 📌 Text For Info: Utilize Text for Info codes to capture leads from signs, social media posts, postcards, flyers, and more! When a lead texts the exact phrase of any of the provided code numbers or words (currently 60 options) to your Leadngage Twilio number, we trigger a tag, allowing you to set up property or promotion-based FUB automations based on the code texted in.
  • 💻 Web Engagement Chat: The Standard Web Chat Widget collects new web chat leads from your sites and converts the conversation to SMS. Upgraded Engagement Widgets include options like videos, custom forms, reviews, calendar booking, website-specific welcome messages, and more!
  • 🗓️ Social Planner: Use the Leadngage Social Planner to post to multiple social media pages simultaneously. You can also preschedule posts and add a follow-up comment on some channels. Supported sites include Google My Business, Facebook Pages & Groups, Instagram Business, LinkedIn Profiles & Pages, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • 📲 Mobile App: Optional mobile app for push notifications and on-the-go messaging.
  • 📞 Voice Drops: Send pre-recorded voice messages directly to your leads' voicemail boxes, providing a personal touch without the need for a live call. This feature helps you stay connected and engaged with your leads effortlessly.
