Once clients register for your app, they will automatically be sent into your Follow Up Boss database. Within FUB, you can set up automated property alerts, send push notifications, and view your lead’s recent app activity all in one place.
API Integration
The integration can be completed by a Super Admin/Team Lead level for your entire team or on an individual agent basis.
1. Create a Follow Up Boss API Key by going to Admin > API
2. Select Create API Key
3. Name the API Key HomeStack > Create API Key
4. Press Copy
5. Log In to HomeStack
6. Navigate to Integrations
7. Within the CRM Integration section, select Follow Up Boss from the dropdown box
8. Within the API key section, paste your FUB API Key
9. Update
10. Navigate back to Follow Up Boss and go to Admin > Integrations
11. Select HomeStack
12. Enable
13. Navigate to a Lead Profile to see HomeStack in action!

Yes, the integration will carry over the agent information and ensure it’s assigned accordingly.
Make sure that the email you're using in both systems is the same. Keep in mind - If you have agent seats in your HomeStack dashboard that do not exist in your FUB dashboard, the lead will not be sent over.
Yes, the agent assignment works both ways so the assigned agent will reflect in both systems.
